Goa University was founded in June 1985 under Act of 1984. Goa University provides graduate and post-graduate studies and research programmes It is certified by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) in India with a rating of four stars.
University provides different undergraduate (UG) programmes in the following branches:
Undergraduate courses:
B. Pharm.
B. Arch.
Aspirants can get admission to the above-mentioned undergraduate (UG) courses via Goa Common Entrance Test 2017 (GCET-18).
They can register themselves for the above-mentioned B.Arch. and B. Pharm. courses by submitting application fees Rs.1500/- and Rs.1000/- respectively via DD.
NRI aspirants can also register themselves for the above-mentioned B.Arch. course by submitting admission fee (one time) of Rs.1000/- by DD.

Eligibility Criteria for Goa University North Goa B.Pharm. and B.Arch. Admissions 2018
B.Arch
Eligibility:
Aspirants must possess Higher Secondary School Certificate examination of the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects with minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% aggregate marks for aspirants belong to SC/ST/OBC).
Or
Aspirants must possess 10+3 diploma in any stream recognised by central/state governments with 50% aggregate marks.
Or
Aspirants must possess International Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling, with not less than 50% aggregate marks with Mathematics as a mandatory subject of examination and aspirant who score 80/200 at NATA will be applicable for admission to B.Arch.
B.Pharm
The aspirant must have passed the Diploma course from Goa College of Pharmacy, Panaji, Goa.
Aspirant must be Indian National
The aspirant must pass diploma in in Pharmacy with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of SC/ST/OBC) from Board of Technical Education, Goa.
Aspirants who have passed Diploma from other States shall only be applicable for seats remaining vacant after admitting all the aspirants from Goa, only if he/she fulfils other eligibility criteria.
Application Procedure of Goa University North Goa B.Pharm. and B.Arch. Admissions 2018
B.Pharm & B.Arch
Aspirants can register themselves for B.Arch. course by downloading, printing and submitting an application form by paying application fees of Rs. 1500/- via DD in favour of “Director of Technical Education” at Panaji – Goa, on any Scheduled Bank.
The incomplete application form will not be accepted and if the application form is submitted after the scheduled date, then a late fees fine of Rs.1000/- will be charged with application fees.
Aspirants want admission to the above-mentioned courses must have a valid score in GCET-18 and National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA).

‘Bonafide student’ certificate (if eligible)
Leaving/Transfer certificate from school or college last attended
‘Certificate of Income’ in original alloted by Panchayat
Non-Migrant Caste Certificate
Physically Handicapped Certificate (if eligible)
OCI /PIO Card /document alloted by the Competent Authority for NRI aspirants.
A certified copy of the passport as proof of being an Indian Citizen
For B. Pharm.:
Certificate of date of Birth from Registrar of Births & Deaths
Diploma/Degree certificate from the Institute/Board/University attended.
Mark sheet/s covering all the courses studied for the Diploma/Degree programme
Leaving certificate from Institute last attended
SSC/HSSC certificate and mark sheets

B.Pharm & B.Arch
If the NATA marks are also equal, then aspirant with higher marks in Mathematics will be placed higher in the merit list
If the above marks are also equal, then the aspirant with the previous date of birth will be placed higher in the merit list.
Selection of the aspirant is based on the merit list in NATA and the aggregate marks obtained at the qualifying examination (HSSC/Diploma)
Reservation Criteria for Goa University North Goa B.Pharm. and B.Arch. Admissions 2018
For B.Arch.:
15 seats are reserved for the management quota and one seat in over & above intake shall be available to Kashmiri Migrants.
27% seats are reserved for the OBC category aspirants.
2% seats are reserved for the SC category aspirants and 12% seats are reserved for the ST category aspirants.
For B. Pharm.:
All seats will be considered only as General seats. No seats shall be reserved for any category
