Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya is one of the Chhattisgarh largest and oldest institutions of higher education and a central university situated in Bilaspur. It was founded on June 16, 1983. It is certified by NAAC as B+ University.
University covers nearly 32 numbers of teaching departments providing higher education of different courses in the areas of Arts, Commerce, Education, Engineering and Technology, Humanities, Life Sciences, Management, Pharmacy, Sciences and Social Sciences.
University invites applications for (M.Ed., M.P.Ed., M.Sc., MA, MCA, MSW,M.Lib. & Inf. Sci) postgraduate courses in which interested aspirants can get admission via Vishwavidyalya Entrance test.
Aspirants can submit the application form via both the online and offline method and the interested aspirants can download the application form from the university website.
For online application, form aspirants have to submit the application fee of Rs. 400/- and Rs. 200/- (for SC/ST/PWD aspirants) and for offline application form fee paid is of Rs. 500 and Rs. 300 (for SC/ST/PWD category aspirants).

How To Apply for GGU PG Courses Admission 2018
M.Sc, MA & M.Ed
Application forms must be obtained from the official university website “www.ggu.ac.in”.
Filled in application form can be submitted via two modes i.e. offline and online.
University invites applications for admission to the different courses for academic session 2016-17 via Vishwavidyalaya Entrance Test.
Aspirants are advised to read the instructions cautiously before filling up the application form.
Online Mode:
While visiting the university website aspirant must have to click on Online Application Form/New Registration and fill up the need information.
The aspirant must submit an online application form by visiting the university website “www.ggu.ac.in”.
After that aspirant must have to choose payment options method i.e. online or via bank challan. If aspirant seekings to submit fee via Bank Challan then take a print out of challan generated online and deposit the fee in any discipline of State Bank of India.
Aspirants can obtain the online application form by submitting the fee of amount Rs. 400/- and Rs. 200/- (for aspirants belong to SC/ST/PWD category aspirants)
After deposit, the application fee again visits the website and fill up the individual information.
Offline Mode:
Aspirants can obtain the application form offline by downloading and taking a printout of application form available on the university website “ www.ggu.ac.in” or at University Counter on or before 28.04.2016.
University will not be responsible for any delay in delivery of application forms of the aspirants.
Aspirants can register themselves by submitting the fee of amount Rs. 500/- and Rs. 300/- (for aspirants belong to SC/ST/PWD category aspirants)
