Christ University, Bangalore is a UGC recognized deemed Private university in Bangalore. The university provides nationally and internationally recognized undergraduate, postgraduate and research programmes in academic branches including Law, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Humanities, Sciences, and Social Science.

School of Education, Christ University invites applications for admission to the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Programme for the academic year 2018-19. The applications for the programme will be available from December 08, 2017 (tentative). It is a two-year course consisting of 4 semesters with an internship during the third semester.

Eligibility Criteria for Christ University Bangalore B.Ed. Admissions 2018


You should have passed any degree examination organizeed by any recognized university in India or abroad (recognized by AIU and as equivalent to the 10+2+3 format of education in India ) with minimum 50% aggregate marks in all subjects including languages (except Bachelors in Engineering or Technology).

For Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics, you should have an aggregate of 55 of marks or equivalent grade in all subjects.

How to apply for Christ University Bangalore B.Ed. Admissions 2018?


There are two ways to apply: Online Method or Offline Mode.

Offline Mode:

You can obtain the Application Form after remitting at Counter No. You can then fill in and submit the Application online.

You required registering via the official link of Christ University B.Ed. 2017 Application by entering your E-Mail id, Mobile Number and Date of Birth.

Once the registration has been done, you required remitting an application fee of Rs. 1000 as SBI Application Procedures Fee Challan from any Core Banking Discipline of State Bank of India/ a valid Credit Card/ Debit Card or Net Banking facility, and then fill in the applications in online mode.

Need documents:

  • SBI Application Procedures Fee in form of a Challan/ online Transaction receipt
  • Two recent passport size photographs (35mm x 45mm) and 2 stamp size photographs wearing formal dress with white background
  • Copy of passport and visa page (if eligible)
  • Copy of mark sheets of Class 10th, Class 11th or Class 12th (whichever is available)
  • Migration certificate if you are from outside Karnataka
  • Transfer Certificate from last qualified institution
  • The filled-in printed Application form duly signed by you and your parent/guardian.

After filling in the applications and signing at the need place, you need to send it to the below-mentioned address in an A4 size envelope along with the other necessary documents.

Admission Procedure of Christ University Bangalore B.Ed. Admissions 2018


You will be selected on the basis of a Skill Assessment (SA) test followed by an Individual Interview (PI) and testing of Academic Performance.

The Skill Assessment Test will consist of a test of written skills, communication skills and logical reasoning

Reservation Criteria of Christ University Bangalore B.Ed. Admissions 2018

The reservation policy is as per the norms prescribed by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
