BBAU provides more than 30 postgraduate programs in Arts and Science. The at least eligibility need for admission to Post Graduate courses is a graduate degree in a relevant stream.
The admission procedure for Post Graduate courses at BBAU begins in April. The application forms for Post Graduate courses could be filled online. BBAU grants admission to these courses on the basis of performance in entrance test organizeed by the University.
The University also offers reservation to underprivileged aspirants. 50% seats in all teaching programs are reserved for SC/ST. The university also offers a reservation on supernumerary seats for Single Girl Child, BPL Student, Cancer, HIV, and Thalassemia Patient.

The admission to all the MA and M.Sc. programs will be on the basis of performance in an entrance exam organizeed by BBA University. The entrance exam will have questions from the syllabus of qualifying examination for the respective subject to which a aspirant have applied.
