Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (BAMU) is a public/ government university which was founded in 1958. It is situated in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. The university has 404 affiliated colleges which comes under four districts of Maharashtra state. It is one of the oldest premier university which adjoining regions and people in innumerable ways.

University provides under graduate (UG) and post graduate (PG) programmes in different branchs.

Admission Eligibility for BAMU B.Tech and M.Tech Admission 2018

Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Chemical Engineering)

The aspirant must have passed 10+2 with at least 50% of marks.

Master of Technology [M.Tech] (Chemical Engineering)

The aspirant must possess a degree in BE/ B. Tech. from this university or any other recognised university.

Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Food Technology)

The aspirant must have passed 10+2 with at least 50% of marks.


How To Apply for BAMU (Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University) B.Tech and M.Tech Admission 2018

BE/B.Tech & ME/M.Tech

  1. Aspirants can register themselves by submitting the entrance examination fee of Rs. 200/- (for open category) and Rs. 100/- (for reserved category aspirants).
  2. The aspirant can download the brochure from the website for MHT CET 2017 entrance test.
  3. Aspirants can register themselves for B. Tech. course by submitting entrance examination fee of amount Rs. 860/- (for open category aspirants) and Rs. 660/- (for reserved category aspirants) via challan to any of the SBI discipline.
  4. Aspirants must send the application form and all the documents to the following address:

For Online registration

  1. The aspirant has to open the university portal and register himself/herself.
  2. After registration aspirant receives username and password on his email ID and mobile no.
  3. An aspirant can verify the registration and change his/her password.
  4. After that aspirant starts filling an online application form and upload his/her photo and signature, individual details, contact, correspondence, reservation and educational details.
  5. Aspirant prints e-Suvidha kit and enters confirmation code into the system.
  6. Then aspirants can select the course from a list of first-year courses available and selects affiliated college which is running the course.
  7. Then aspirant select the need document to be attached to the application and takes the printout of the form and attached the need documents.
  8. In the end, aspirant purchases the prospectus of the college and submit an application form and need documents in college
