Alliance University, Karnataka offers courses in engineering for which applications are available in the month of February, every year. Engineering courses are provided at the Alliance College of Engineering and Design. For admission to engineering programs admission is done via an entrance test organized by the University.

For B.Tech programme aspirants need to appear in Alliance University Engineering Entrance Test (AUEET). B.Tech program is also available for evening method for which admission is made via the same entrance test. Aspirants are offered with the option to apply via online method as well as offline mode.

University also gives privilege to those aspirants who have participated in extracurricular activities for admission to various courses.

Eligibility Criteria for Alliance University B.Tech. Admission 2018

BE/B.Tech

B.Tech programme is offered by the Alliance College of Engineering & Design available with the option of lateral entry admissions.

Specializations:

  • For regular mode:
  1. Civil Engineering

  4. Electrical & Electronics
  5. Electronics & Communication
  6. Computer Science
  7. Information Technology

Duration: 4 years for regular method students and 3 years for lateral entry students.

Eligibility:

  • For regular mode: Aspirants who have finished 10+2 with mathematics and physics and main subjects and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology as optional subject scoring an at least of 45% marks are applicable for the course. SC/ST aspirants need to have secured 40% marks to be applicable for the course.
  • For lateral entry: Those aspirants who have done Diploma course concerned to the discipline of engineering with minimum 45% marks are applicable for lateral entry admission to B. Tech programme.

Bachelor of Arts + Bachelor of Law [BALLB] {Hons.}

B.A -LL.B is offered by the Alliance School of Law.

BBA- LL.B is offered by the Alliance School of Law.

Alliance University B.Tech. Application Procedure 2018

BE/B.Tech

  • Online mode:

For B. Tech programme aspirants can apply online for which they need to go to the official website, their aspirants can apply for both regular as well as lateral entry mode.

  • In Person:

Forgetting the application form in person, aspirants need to visit the Office of Admission, Alliance University. The application is available on the payment of application fee in cash or in the form of Demand Draft.

  • Offline mode:

Aspirants need to download the application form from official website, fill the need details and send it to the University with the need documents and the application fee in form of a Demand Draft.

NOTE: Demand Draft needs to be made in favor of β€œAlliance University College of Engineering" payable at Bengaluru.

  1. For an online application of the course, aspirants need to keep the scan copies of the documents.
  2. Payment of application form needs to be done via credit/debit card.
  3. Cost of application form is INR 1000 for Indian nationals, INR 2000 for NRI and SAARC aspirants and US$ 50 for other country citizens.

Alliance University B.Tech. Admission Procedure 2018

BE/B.Tech

  • If aspirants are selected in AUEET then they will have to appear for a Personal interview session.
  • Aspirants need to have appeared in Alliance University Engineering Entrance Test (AUEET) organized by the Alliance College of Engineering and Design.
  • Selected aspirants need to submit registration fee INR 25000 in the form of demand draft made in favor of Alliance University College of Engineering payable at Bangalore.

NOTE: Registration fee for NRI and SAARC national in INR 30,000 and for the foreign national fee is USD $1,000

Bachelor of Arts + Bachelor of Law [BALLB] {Hons.} & Bachelor of Business Administration [BBA] + Bachelor of Laws [L.L.B.] {Hons.}

  • Selection in Alliance University for law courses is done on the basis of marks scored in CLAT/LSAT/ACLAT
  • Selected aspirants need to submit registration fee INR 50000 in the form of demand draft made in favor of Alliance University  payable at Bangalore
  • Shortlisted aspirants will be called for a Personal interview.

NOTE: Registration fee for NRI and SAARC national in INR 60,000 and for the foreign national fee is USD $1,000

  1. University also considers parameter like extracurricular activity for considering the admission of aspirants.
  2. ACLAT is the common entrance test organized by the Alliance University for Selection of aspirants to law course.

Scholarships:

  • Merit-based:

University offers the scholarship to aspirants on the basis of marks scored in the qualifying exams.

At Least 90% marks in 10th and 12th: 25% waiver of tuition fees.

At Least 85% marks in 10th and 12th: 20% waiver of tuition fees.

A score of 90 percentile or above in entrance test: 20% waiver of tuition fees.

99 percentile in CAT or a score of 725 and above in GMAT: 100% waiver of tuition fees. (For MBA only)

  • Sports Quota:

Those aspirants who have played sports on National level will get 20% waiver in tuition fee.

  • Differently able:

Those differently able aspirants who have scored 60% marks or more in 10th, 10+2 and in graduation are subjected to get a 30% of waiver in tuition fee.

  • SC/ST aspirants:

SC/ST aspirants with at least of 70% in 10th, 10+2 and in graduation are subjected to get 25% of waiver in tuition fee.
