University of Allahabad was founded in 1887 and is the fourth oldest university of India. The University presently provides a wide range of UG, Post Graduate and doctoral courses in multiple streams such as arts, science, commerce, law, vocation, and computer application. Apart from the academic courses, the university also provides professional, certificate as well as diploma courses.
Aspirants want admission to B.Ed programme must possess graduation degree as the necessary eligibility criteria. The university has its own procedure for directing admission for different courses via AUEE (Allahabad University Entrance Exams). In case of B.Ed admissions, UGAT (UG Admission Test) is organized by the university.
Aspirants can register for UGAT 2017 via the online application procedure by filling the form available at the university website starting from the second week of April. Aspirants who are shortlisted via entrance test for B. Ed admission will be intimated further for the counselling procedure.

UOA B.Ed Admission 2018 Eligibility Criteria

Admission to Teacher Education Institutions affiliated to the University of Allahabad would be on the seats approved by N. C. T. R. C. of N. E.
Aspirants falling under the reserved category would be entitled to admission under the same only if, they have marked the reserved category in admission form and produced a valid document in this regard at the time of admission
Vacant seats are subject to adjustments due to the non-availability of aspirants under unreserved categories and vice–versa
The aspirant must possess a Bachelor’s degree/ master’s degree in Science/ Social Science/ Humanity or in any other equivalent exam with minimum 55% aggregate from a recognised university as per according to UGC.
Students expelled by the university for two or more than years are not applicable to apply for the course
UOA B.Ed Admission 2018 How To Apply

Aspirants want admission can register via the official website by filling the application form and submitting the need application fee.
Step-1: Register Online
Log on to the official website of Allahabad University and click on “Admissions 2017” tab
Go for “UGAT 2017” and click the “Apply” button.
Step-2: Fill Registration Details
Give Academic Details: Participant should enter his/her educational qualification details including the details of the qualifying examination. Along with it, the aspirant should also select the examination center to appear the exam
Give Individual Details: Participant should offer his/her individual details which comprise name, DOB, mobile number, parent’s name, address etc.
Offer your basic details such as name, DOB, email-ID, phone number, etc. Upon successful registration, one will receive application number & password on the registered mail ID & mobile number
Step-3: Upload Scanned Images
In the next step, aspirants should upload the scanned image and signature in the following pattern:
The file size of a scanned photograph and signature should not exceed 80kb size
Scan the photograph and signature with the particular dimensions of 3.5 cm X 4.5cm.
Both the scanned photo and signature should be in JPEG pattern
Step-4: Payment of Fee
Aspirants can submit the application fee of Rs. 600/- (Rs. 300/- for SC/ST aspirants) either via Challan or the Online payment modes.
Via Challan:
Keep one stamped copy for yourself and bank will keep the other
Take two copies of challan form.
Deposit the respective fee as per to your category in any discipline of HDFC Bank.
Via Online Payment:
Fill the further details need for the fee submission and click “Submit” button
Pay accordingly, using your credit card, debit card or net banking.
Click the ‘Pay Online’ button.
Note: Aspirant should take a printout of filled-in application form for future references
UOA B.Ed Admission 2018 Admission Procedure

Selection of aspirants is done based on the performance of the aspirant in UGAT 2017 as per the merit list prepared by the university.
Once the merit list is published containing the Rank and score of an aspirant, students will be intimated for counselling process which will be organized via the offline method in the university and its constituent colleges.
The aspirant should be current at the time of counselling along with their respective documents. If an aspirant fails to report on the specific date, then the allotted seat would be provided to the next aspirant on the merit list.

At the time of counselling, aspirants need to bring both, the original and attested photocopies, of the following documents:
High School mark sheet and certificate.
Transfer Certificate.
Caste or category certificate (for SC/ST and OBC aspirants).
UGAT hall ticket.
Physical Disability Certificate (if eligible).
Intermediate mark sheet and certificate.
Income certificate (if eligible).
Admission fee.
