About University

Bharathidasan University (BDU) was established in 1982. The University has totally 4 Faculties, 16 Schools, 34 Departments and 11 Specialized Research Centers. There are 195 faculty members catering to 2372 students and scholars in the University. There are 123 colleges affiliated to the university including 120 Arts and Science colleges and 3 colleges of Fine Arts. Among them 8 government and 11 government aided colleges have autonomous status. Bharathidasan University has three campuses Palkalaiperur Campus, Khajamalai Campus and BIM campus

Bharathidasan University Exam Timetable

In order to download the exam timetable, students must visit to the official website of the University. Candiadates have to follow the below mentioned steps:

1. Visit to the official website of the Bharathidasan University.
2. In the main menu, Click on the ‘Examination’ tab.
3. Now click on the exam timetable link.
4. After that you will be redirected to the respective timetable page.
5. Save & download the timetable for future reference.

Note: In case of postpone of semester examinations, the University updates the revised exam schedule on the official website.

Bharathidasan University CDE Exam Timetable

Centre for Distance Education, Bharathidasan University offers various UG & PG courses in the faculties of Arts, Science, Commerce & Management. UG programmes are offered (non- semester based) through PCP or study centres. Students can download the CDE Exam Timetable from the official website only. Students just have to click on the CDE tab followed by CDE Timetable in order to download the timetable.

Bharathidasan University Results

The University conducts the semester examinations for regular programmes twice in a year. Recently, the University has released the result for the November session. Students must follow the below mentioned steps to download the score card:

1. Visit to the official website of the Bharathidasan University.
2. In the main menu, Click on the ‘Examination’ tab.
3. Now click on the semester examination link.
4. After that you will be redirected to the result page.
5. Enter your registration number & click on ‘Submit’.
6. Save & download the score card for future reference.

Bharathidasan University CDE Results: Students can check the result for distance courses by following the steps as stated for regular courses.
