GAT (GITAM Admission Test) to start from 11th April 2018

6th April 2018, Visakhapatnam: GITAM Admission Test (GAT-2018) is a computer-based online test organizeed for admission to Under Graduate and Post Graduate Programs in Engineering, Pharmacy & Architecture at GITAM University. K. For the academic year 2018-19, the test will start on 11th April and will be continued up to 26th April 2018, stated Prof. Narendra, Director-Admissions.
An aspirant can choose his/her convenient test centre, date and time. The admission test will be organizeed in three slots every day. Positive response carries 4 marks and negative response carries -1 marks. The score will be known immediately after completing the test. It is a 2-hour period test and aspirants have to attempt 100 questions (Mathematics 40, Physics & Chemistry 30 each). Morning slot starts at 9.00 AM, Mid-day slot at 12.00 Noon and the evening slot at 3.00 PM.
Students can write the online admission test at GITAM Hyderabad Campus, Saifabad, Nagole, Karimnagar, Khammam, Nizamabad & Warangal centres in Telangana State and also at 48 other centres across India. Test results (Ranks) will be released on 30th April 2018. The aspirants can download their E-Hall-Tickets straight from GITAM’s official website.
Fee waiver of 100% is provideed to top 10 rankers and 50% to top 11-100 rankers of GAT-2018. Merit-cum-Means Scholarships for B.Tech students, scholarships to all M.Tech., Aerospace Engineering, B.Pharm. M.Pharm. & M.Arch. students and Teaching Assistantship to M.Tech. students are also available.
