Uttar Pradesh B.Ed Joint Entrance Examination (UP B.Ed JEE) 2018

UP B.Ed JEE 2018 is a state level examination, organizeed by the Lucknow University. This exam is organizeed once in every year for the candidates wishing to pursue B.ED in their further studies.
  • There is not an upper age limit to apply for UP B.Ed JEE 2018. To apply for UP B.Ed JEE 2018 aspirants should be graduated from a recognised university having 55 percent marks.
  • Aspirants can make payment before April 2018.
  • UP B.Ed JEE 2018 is scheduled in the month of May 2018.
  • There are 2 sections in each question paper includes of 50 questions.A total number of marks are 200 to be done in 3 hours.
  • Application form of UP B.Ed JEE will be submitted after the completion of all three parts.
  • Aspirants have to choose the exam centre from the 18 choices available in the application form.

Eligibility Criteria of UP B.ED JEE 2018 

Aspirants who are going to appear in UP B.Ed JEE 2018 must check their eligibility criteria before filling the application form. If the aspirants do not fulfil the eligibility criteria prescribed by the authority, the application form can be rejected at any stage. Therefore aspirants should check the at least eligibility criteria given below to avoid any discrepancies.

Age limit

  • At Least age limit to apply is 21 years
  • There is no upper age limit for UP B.Ed JEE 2018

Citizenship/residential criteria

Aspirants must be a citizen of India. Aspirants should fulfil the status of local residents and satisfy the domicile criteria.

Academic qualification

  • Aspirants applying on the basis of postgraduate degree required 50 percent marks.
  • Aspirants graduated in Bachelor of Technology or Engineering required to obtain an at least of 55 percent in mathematics, science and other subjects.
  • Aspirants must have obtained at least of 55 percent in graduation from a recognised university of Uttar Pradesh or Central University.

Application Form of UP B.ED JEE 2018 

Registrations will begin from March 2018. The Application form can only be submitted after the successful fee payment. The Application form is divided into three parts.  Check availability of Hall Ticket. The last date to fill the Application form is April 2018. No change is allowed in the Application form after the final submission of the application form. Before filling the application form aspirants should collect the documents like scanned images of photograph, signature and aadhar number.

Given below are the steps aspirants have to follow to fill the UP B.Ed JEE 2018 Application Form.

Part 1: Registration

  1. Aspirants can fill the online application form from the official website i.e. upbed.nic.in
  2. To fill the online application form click on “Aspirant Registration” link.
  3. Aspirants have to fill the credentials like
  • Aspirants Name
  • aadhar number etc.
  • Date of birth
  1. After filling all the credentials click on ‘submit’
  2. After the successful submission of application form aspirant will get a 9 digit registration number.

Part 2: Fee Payment

  1. Aspirants can make payment via the official website
  2. To make payment click on the link ‘ fee payment’

  • E challan
  • Internet Banking
  • Debit Card
  1. Aspirants should cautiously secure the transaction ID (in case of aspirants making payment via challan) and Reference ID given by Bank for future purposes.

Part 3: Completing and printing the Application Form

  1. After the successful fee payment click on the link ‘Submit Application Form’
  2. To submit the Application Form aspirants have to fill the Transaction ID and date of birth.
  3. Click on the link ‘Submit’
  4. After submitting the Application form aspirants have to upload scanned images.
  • Aspirants also have to upload a scanned signature in jpg pattern. The image size should not be more than 20 kb.
  • Aspirants have to upload a scanned photograph in jpg pattern. The size of the image should be not more than 50 kb.
  • The scanned images should be recent and coloured.
  1. Check the filled details and click on the final submission.
  2. After successful submission, take printout for future purposes.

Application Fee Payment of UP B.ED JEE 2018 

After filling UP B.Ed JEE 2018 registration form aspirants have to make payment of Application fee. The last date to make payment is April 2018. Aspirants can make payment via Credit Card/ Debit Card/Net Banking/ e challan as per their convenience. Aspirants who belong to general category have to make payment of INR 1000. The reserved category aspirants will get relaxation in fee payment. Aspirants who belong to reserved category have to make payment of INR 550.

Hall Ticket of UP B.ED JEE 2018 

Aspirants can download their Admit card/ Admit Card from the official website. Without the hall, ticket entry would be debarred. Aspirants must carry their hall ticket on the day of commencement of exam. Admit card will be available online only, it will not be sent by post or any other medium. UP B.Ed JEE 2018 Hall Ticket is a gateway to enter in the examination hall and a proof of identity.

Exam Center of UP B.ED JEE 2018 

Aspirants can choose the centre of their choice from the 18 choices available. Given below is the list of exam centre with the code. Aspirants have to select any 3 preferences of exam centre in the application form. Aspirants should come to the exam center an hour prior to the commencement of exam to avoid any discrepancies. Exam Format of UP B.ED JEE 2018 

To score well in examination it is necessary for the aspirants to have ample knowledge of the exam format. Every accurate response will result in an addition of 2 marks. There is negative marking of 1/3 for each wrong response. Given below is the desired B.Ed examination format for paper 1 and paper 2 respectively. Having good and complete knowledge of exam format helps in preparing for the entrance exam. The exam format is various for the various paper.

Paper: 1

Paper 1 includes 2 sections i.e. section A of General Knowledge and section B of Language. There are 50 questions in each section which are of 100 marks. Paper 1 is of 200 marks having 100 questions to be done in 3 hours.
