Symbiosis National Aptitude Test 2019 or SNAP 2019 is a national level qualifying exam organized by the Symbiosis International University (SIU) annually. It is a gateway for admitting personals into different MBA programs provided by the management colleges that are affiliated to the university. There are 15 Symbiosis institutes which accept SNAP score.

Eligibility Criteria for SNAP 2019
The eligibility criteria for SNAP 2019 is as set up by the organizing university. Candidates should make sure that they fulfill the at least eligibility norms for the MBA courses before applying for the entrance exam. The eligibility criteria for SNAP 2019 are given below.
Nationality
- Students must be a citizen of India to be able to appear for SNAP 2019.
- Foreign nationals are also applicable to apply and will be admitted via a separate admission procedure.
Age Limit
- There is no age limit prescribed for the management test by the SIU.
Academic Qualification
- Applicants must have a graduation degree in any stream with an at least aggregate of 50% (45% for reserved category).
- Those who are appearing for the final exam of the qualifying degree are also applicable to apply.
SNAP 2019 Application Forms can be filled by students interested to pursue the different MBA programs via the online method only. How to fill SNAP 2019 Application Form Online?
Candidates can follow the steps give below to apply online for the SIU entrance exam:
- Visit the official website i.e. snaptest.org
- Click on “ New Register” button and click ‘I Agree’
- Fill your individual, educational, and other details (Part 1)
- Click ‘Save and Continue’ to receive and OTP on mobile number and email id
- Enter OTP and submit
- You will receive a SNAP ID & Password through email and SMS
- Pay the application fee via either online method (INR 1750) or Demand Draft (INR 2065)
- Proceed to Online Registration Form (Part 2) to choose programmes and colleges.
SNAP 2019 Application Fee
Personals must pay the application fees of INR 1750 for students of all categories. It can be submitted through online and offline mode. The procedure for paying the fees by each method is given below:
- Offline mode: Students can also pay by Demand Draft of the requisite amount drawn in favor of ‘Symbiosis Test Secretariat’ payable at Pune.
- Online mode: Participants can remit the fees either by Net Banking, Debit or Credit Card.

Note: Participants have to pay INR 1000 for each program that they have applied for in the desired institute. If they wish to pay via a DD, then they must pay INR 1180.

SNAP Registration 2019 for Foreign Nationals
SNAP 2019 Registration shall be open for foreign nationals as well. Symbiosis International University will curate a central merit list for all the registered participants. The application process for such candidates comprises SNAP 2019 Application form filling, Document Verification and Generation of SNAP 2019 Merit List.
Once the application forms are submitted, students will have to apply to the participating institutes as preferred by them. The institutes that admit applicants on the basis of SNAP 2019 scores will be mentioned in the application form. They will have to register through the official website of the particular business school.
SNAP Hall Ticket 2019
SNAP 2019 Hall Ticket will be available 2 weeks prior to the exam. These admit cards should be downloaded latest by the exam date from the official website. Steps to download SNAP 2019 Hall Ticket are given below: Every person should have a copy of the admit card so as to be able to appear for the management entrance test.

Exam Centers for SNAP 2019
SNAP 2019 will be organized in 102 cities across India. Test takers will have to mention 3 cities preferred by them as their exam center in the application form. The final exam center allotted to the applicant will be specified in the hall ticket.
Exam Format for SNAP 2019
SNAP 2019 is a computer-based test organized in the English language only. The question paper will have only objective questions. Period of the exam will be 2 hours and the sectional time limit will not be eligible.
- The paper will be divided into 4 sections- Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability and General Awareness.
- Every accurate response will be honored +1 mark while a penalty of 0.25 marks will be charged for wrong responses.
- A total of 150 questions will be asked in the exam.

Syllabus for SNAP 2019

SNAP Result 2019
SNAP 2019 Result will be declared by the last week of December 2019. The results will be released on the official SNAP website in the form of a scorecard. SNAP scorecard is valid for only the academic year of 2019- 2020. These scorecards will contain the sectional and scaled marks obtained by personals in the exam. SNAP 2019 results can be checked by following these steps:
- Download the scorecard and take print out for future reference.
- Select the option of ‘Result’.
- Enter your SNAP ID and Password to know the result.
- In your profile, you will see an option to view and download the scorecard.
- Log on to the official SNAP website.
After the results are declared, the participating institutes will publish a merit list based on the performance of participants. It will specify the names of participants who have been shortlisted for GE- PIWAT rounds. The selected students must attend these rounds as per the schedule proposed by the related institute.
Selection Process for SNAP 2019
SNAP is held for admissions into Post Graduate management programs provided by the Symbiosis International University and the institutes affiliated with it. After the results are released, each participating institute will release its personal SNAP Cut Off.
Candidates who secure the at least cut-off marks will have to participate in Group Practice, Individual Interaction, and Writing Ability Test (GE – PIWAT) rounds. These rounds will likely be held from February 2020. Personals who wish to be admitted in the SIU colleges will have to attend all rounds of GE-PIWAT. These rounds are explained in brief below:
- Individual Interaction: This is the most crucial part of the selection process. The candidate’s overall individuality and confidence will be evaluated. Students must confidently response questions concerned to their own academic area and work experience. It will carry a total of 30 marks.
- Group Practice: This round assesses the ability of aspirants to apply logic and reasons. It brings out the person’s ability to make judgments and his management skills are highlighted. This round will be marked out of 10 marks.
- Written Ability Test: Participants will be asked to write an essay which will have a weight of 10 marks. The essay can be concerned to a business management topic or any other concerned topic.
Merit List for SNAP 2019
The final merit list will be prepared by each participating college separately. Aspirants selected through the merit list will be applicable for admission in the respective colleges. All the components of the management exam will be taken into consideration while drawing the merit list. The final merit list is prepared on the following basis:
