SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam was successfully organized on February 17, 2018. The result of the test is expected to be announced in March 2018. The response key of the question paper will be announced by Staff Selection Commission. Aspirants can cross-check their responses with Response key and get an estimated score. Paper 1: Quantitative Aptitude (QA)
The difficulty level of the Paper 1 (QA) of SSC CGL Tier 2 was similar to earlier yearβs. The overall difficulty level was moderate to difficult. Questions from Mensuration were straight based on formulae but were time-consuming. In arithmetic, questions on Time & Work and Time & Distance were tricky. The paper had equal weight to Arithmetic and Advance. Conclusively, well-prepared aspirants could easily attempt 80-90 questions. There were considerable questions from Number System.

Paper 2: English Language & Comprehension
This year the level of English paper was moderate. Major sections covered grammar and vocabulary. A total of 5 RCs were there in the exam, out of which one was difficult, rest was easy. Vocabulary comprised the one-word substitution, idiom/phrases, synonyms/antonyms, and spelling correction. In grammar sections, the major focus was on mistake detection, active-passive voice, narration and sentence improvement. Most of the questions in RC were factually based. Overall good attempts would be 175-180.
