NTSE 2018 Results for Stage 1 will be released in the month of January 2018. The results will be displayed in the form of the rank list on the websites of the respective States and UTs. Students who qualify tier 1 exam will be applicable for the national level Stage 2 exam.
NTSE (National Talent Scholarship Examination) is a 2-tier scholarship program for deserving class 10 students organized by NCERT. Stage 1 will be held in November 2017 while Stage 2 exam will be held in May 2018.
The results will be declared on the official website of NCERT. All the important dates regarding the result and other procedures of NTSE 2018 are given below:

The organizing institute will declare NTSE 2018 Result of stage 1 in January 2018. The results can be viewed on the official websites of the respective State/ UT of the aspirant. It will be published on the official website www.ncert.nic.in. NTSE 2018 Stage 2 result will be declared in the 1st week of June 2018.
The exam organizing body will display rank wise results of all participants. Separate rank lists for each category- General, SC, and ST, will be displayed. The results will be put up in a PDF pattern that will have aspirant’s name, rank and other details.

In case candidates find a discrepancy in their result; they may contact the governing body. They can register their complaints via mail at [email protected] within the stipulated duration of time.
Results will be available to participants in the form of rank lists. NTSE 2018 Rank list will contain basic information of aspirant and their result. NTSE 2018 Result will also contain scanned images of SAT, MAT and Language Test OMR sheets of the personal.
The results will be valid only for the ongoing academic year and will not be valid after it. The details mentioned in the scorecard is:
NTSE 2018 Response Key for stage 1 will be announced by the state authorities within a month of organizing the exam. Candidates can estimate a rough score to know if they will be applicable for the scholarship program. Different coaching classes will also announce response keys soon after the exam is organized. NTSE 2018 Response key for Stage 2 will be announced by NCERT on its official website in the 3rd week of May 2018.

NTSE 2018 Cut off will be as decided by the governing body of NCERT. The cut off for NTSE 2018 is fixed and does not vary over the years. The cut-off is the at least qualifying criteria need by aspirants to qualify for the scholarship program. The names of aspirants who score equal to or more than the cutoff score will receive the scholarship amount up to Ph.D. level.
NTSE 2018 cut off score will be in the form of percent for each category. The qualifying criteria for the exam is said as follows-

Scholarships will be honored to students selected on the basis of final merit list once stage 2 result of NTSE 2018 is released. Candidates who qualify the exam will an award letter, certificate of merit and details of the disbursement of scholarship in due time by the division.
About 1000 students will be granted NTSE scholarships every year. The amount of scholarship will vary according to the academic qualifications of students.
