NTSE Registration 2019 Application Form

NTSE 2019 Registration will begin from August 2018. They can also reach their NTSE Application Form from the office of Liaison Officer. Aspirants can fill the application form offline after downloading it from the official website. Separate application form for stage 1 and 2 obligatory to be filled. The last date to fill application form varies according to the state aspirants applying for.

The application fee may apply for Stage I as per state policies. It must be confirmed while collecting the form. The fee has to be paid in the offline method only, the details of which have been further mentioned in the article along with other important details concerned with NTSE Application Form. There is no application fee for Stage II.

Upon successful registration, aspirants will be able to avail their NTSE Hall Ticket. They can post the application form to the Liaison officer. Aspirants must submit their NTSE Application Form after filling all the details and get it signed by the Principal. At Least eligibility criteria must be fulfilled by aspirants applying for NTSE 2019 exam. Participants must not be more than 18 years as on July 1, 2019.

Participants must fill all the information cautiously and check it before submitting the application form. No corrections are allowed after submission. NTSE or National Talent Search Exam 2019is organized every year by NSTSS (National Science Talent Search Scheme) in the month of May 2019 to find aspirants for the national scholarship programs.

NTSE Application dates 2019

NTSE 2019 Online Application procedure will begin from August 2018. NTSE 2019 Exam for stage-1 is scheduled in the month of November 2019 while that for stage 2 will take place in May 2019. Given below are the important dates for NTSE 2019 aspirants can check:

Eligibility Criteria for NTSE 2019

Aspirants must go via the eligibility criteria before filling the application form. An aspirant who does not satisfy the eligibility criteria will not be considered for the admission procedure. Given below is the eligibility criteria set by NSTSS for school and graduation students.

NTSE Eligibility for school students:

  • All standards from class 1 to class 10 must be completed.
  • Students who have applied for class 10 via open learning can appear for the NTSE exam.
  • Age must be less than 18 years.
  • The student must be appearing for class 10 examination from a recognised school.

NTSE Eligibility Criteria for graduation students:

  • The student must be appearing for class XII from a recognised school.
  • Class 11 examination must have been completed without backlogs.
  • Class 10 examinations must have been completed with an at least of 60 percent marks.
  • No age limit is defined.
  • No backlogs in class 12 examination final results declared by CBSE or state boards.

How to Fill NTSE Application Form 2019?

NTSE 2019 Application procedure will begin from August 2018. Aspirants can fill the Application form offline after downloading it from the official website. Aspirants can also reach their Application form from the office of Liaison Officer.

After filling all details in Application Form aspirants can submit the same through the post to the address of State Liaison Officer. Aspirants can also submit the application form by visiting themselves at the address of liaison officer. Given below are the steps aspirants can follow to fill NTSE 2019 Application Form

Step 1: Registration and Downloading Application Form

  1. Visit the official website of NTSE, www.ncert.nic.in
  2. Click on link ‘Apply for NTSE 2019’
  3. Aspirants have to fill the following credentials:
  • Mobile Number
  • Aspirants Name
  • Email ID
  • Educational Qualification etc.
  • Date of birth
  1. After filling all the credentials click on ‘submit’
  2. Download the NTSE Application Form
  3. Aspirants can also get their Application Form from the office of Liaison Officers

Step 2: Filling Details in NTSE Application form

Aspirants have to fill the following details in the application form in their own handwriting:

  • Aspirants have to affix their photograph and signature in the offered space.
  • Basic details, Category, Address and Educational details, etc.

Step 3: Aspirants have to attest NTSE 2019 Application Form from their Principal.

Step 4: Application fee as specified by the state/UT obligatory to be remitted by the aspirants.

Step 5: Aspirants can submit their Application Form in the Liaison Office by post or visiting the address of liaison officer.

Documents to Be Attached to NTSE Form 2019

Following is the list of documents that aspirants must possess at the time of application form filling.

  • Colored photograph not older than 6 months from the date of form filling.
  • Hair must be properly tied.
  • Indian nationals do not have to produce any document with the application form.
  • No goggles only simple spectacles.
  • No makeup in the photograph clicked for the form.
  • The photograph must be clicked in school uniform.
  • Dark background.
  • Students of Indian origin who are doing class 10 from abroad, have to prove their Indian citizenship, so they have to attach a copy of class 11 marks
