JEECE Application form 2019

JEECE Application Form 2019 will be available in the first week of April 2019. Aspirants can fill the Application Form from the official website of JEECE. No Application form will be submitted after the last date i.e. 4th week of April 2019. Aspirants must check the eligibility criteria for JEECE 2019 exam before filling JEECE Application Form.

Final submission of Application Form will be done after the uploading of images and successful fee payment. Application fee of INR 900 has to be paid by aspirants of general category/BC-1/BC-2. Female aspirants and SC/ST aspirants have to pay an application fee of INR 450. No change in details will be allowed after the final submission of JEECE Application Form. Aspirants must fill JEECE Application Form cautiously.

Those who successfully fill the application form will be allowed JEECE Hall Ticket 2019. It is organized every year by JCECEB for the aspirants want admission in B. Tech courses in the colleges of Jharkhand. JEECE 2019 is scheduled for the month of May 2019.

Important Dates for JEECE 2019

JEECE 2019 Registration will begin from April 2019. Aspirants can download their JEECE Hall Ticket in last week of April 2019. Given below are the important dates for JEECE 2019 aspirants can check: Aspirants can fill the application form until the last date i.e. 4th week of April 2019.

Aspirants must note that the dates mentioned above are tentative and subject to change once the official notification for the exam is announced.

Eligibility Criteria for JEECE 2019

Aspirants must go via the eligibility criteria before filling the application form. Given below is the eligibility criteria set by JCECE board aspirants can check: A aspirant who does not satisfy the eligibility criteria will not be considered for the admission procedure.

  1. Nationality: Aspirants must be an Indian citizen.
  2. Domicile requirements: Aspirant should have the domicile in Jharkhand.
  3. Age Criteria: There is no age limit.
  4. Educational Qualification:
  • Aspirants must have qualified 10+2 from a recognised board.
  • Aspirants obligatory to secure minimum 45% marks in 10+2 to be applicable.
  • Reserved category aspirants obligatory to secure 40 percent marks.
  • Aspirants must have studied Physics, Mathematics along with /Chemistry/Biotechnology/Technical as an optional in the qualifying examination.

How to Fill JEECE Application Form 2019?

JEECE Application Form will be available in the month of April 2019. Aspirants can fill the Application form online from the official website. Aspirants should not forget to take the print out of the confirmation page after the last procedure of application form. Given below are the steps aspirants can follow to fill JEECE Application Form. Final submission of Application form will be done after the uploading of images and Application fee payment.


  • Click on ‘JEECE 2019 Online Application Form Submission” link.
  • Read all the instruction displayed on screen and click on ‘proceed’
  • Visit the official website of JCECE Board.
  • Select the exam from the options available and click on ‘Apply’

Filling details in Application form

Aspirants have to fill the following details on the application form:

  • Basic details
  • Address
  • Category
  • Choose Password, etc.
  • Communicational Details
  • Aadhar Number
  • Educational details

Application Number

  • Secure the application number for future references
  • After filling details in the application form aspirants will receive an application number.

Uploading of Images

  • Click on Upload’ to upload the images.
  • Login to the aspirants portal through Application number and password
  • Select the images of signature and photograph and left thumb impression one by one in JPEG Pattern
  • Upload scanned images by clicking on ‘choose file’
  • Specifications of photograph and signature to be uploaded:

Payment of Application Fee

Aspirants have to make payment to submit the application form successfully. Application fee of INR 900 has to be filled by general category aspirants while application fee of INR 450 has to be filled by reserved category aspirants.

  • Enter all the details in the payment gateway
  • Submit answer
  • Click on the link ‘Pay Application Fee’ available after uploading of images.
  • Aspirants can make payment through Net Banking/ Debit card/ Credit card
  • Select the appropriate payment method for fee payment

After successful submission of application form aspirants must take the printout of the confirmation page.

Application Fee Payment for JEECE 2019

The final submission of application form will be done only after the application fee payment and receiving of the confirmation page. The fee once paid will not be refunded. Aspirants can make the application fee payment online only.

Qualifying Examination DetailsChoose the qualifying exam code, school board, year of passed/appearing, type of institution, name, and address of the school, study, state of 12th class appearing/passed, district of 12th class appearing/passed, % obtained and Roll number (if issued).

Aspirants are advised to fill the Application form cautiously as JCECE Board will not offer any Correction duration for changing the details in Application Form. Aspirants must check the Application Form before the final submission.

Retrieving registration Number and Password

In case aspirant forgets their password, he/she must submit the details of the email id on the official website login page. Following this, select the option “forgot password”. The details of the password will be mailed to the registered email id.

In case, aspirants lose their registration number, they have to submit the details of the email ID on the login page. Select the option “Forgot Registration Number”. The details of the registration number will be emailed to the aspirant.

There is no provision of form correction once the “final submit” button has been clicked by the aspirant. The aspirant must read all the details cautiously and then only hit the submit button.

Also, JCECEB has not given any duration for correction of forms once submitted. Sending a mail for correction of details will not be entertained. Aspirants cannot fill duplicate forms. If the information furnished by the aspirant is established inaccurate at any later stage, the form will be rejected.
