COMEDK UGET 2018 How to fill Application Form

COMEDK UGET 2018 Application form will be available on official website: Via COMED UGET, aspirants can take admission in different engineering colleges of Karnataka. COMEDK UGET is one of the state engineering entrance exams in India. Application forms can be filled from 2nd week of February.

With the help of this article, we will tell you how to fill the COMEDK UGET 2018 application form via step by step procedure. 

There are four steps in COMEDK Application Form filling procedure. They are as follows

  1. COMEDK UGET Registration
  2. Entering the Individual and Academic Details
  3. Uploading the Documents
  4. Application Fee Payment

COMEDK UGET Registration 2018

The first step for filling the COMEDK UGET Application form is registration. Aspirant will require an email id and a phone number. In this, an aspirant has to visit the official website and register himself as a new user. After Submitting the details like these, the aspirant will be given a password for the login purpose on the given mail id.

Steps for Registration are discussed Below:

  1. Log in to the official website

  1. Click on Apply for COMEDK UGET 2018
  2. Click on Register here

  1. Now fill the asked details like Name, DOB, Mobile number, Unique ID proof Number and email id
  2. Click on Submit 
  3. After that a new window pop up will appear
  4. Your entered details will be shown to you
  5. Click on print 
  6. Take a print out
  7. Logout from the window

Filling Details in COMEDK Application Form

After the registration, a unique password will be given to you on the registered email id. Via this password, you can log in to the COMEDK Portal for entering the details in Application Form.  

For the Filling the details, we have offered clear details below:

  1. Login to the portal by entering details
  2. After you log in, click on Edit button
  3. A new window will open
  4. Select the Applying for
  5. Select PCM – COMEDK UGET, If you are applying for COMEDK UGET 
  6. Click on Save and Continue


After that aspirant needs to fill the Individual Details. In this

  1. Enter the Father’s and Mother’s Name
  2. Enter your nationality, Gender, Parent’s id proof, Parent’s id proof number, Parent’s Annual Income.
  3. Enter the postal details like address, city, state, pin code


Now aspirants will need to fill their category details. Choose the Belongs to, category and minority status.

Aspirants after that are Need to fill out their Academic Details. You have to enter your academic details such as qualifying exam, board of the qualifying exam, name of the institution last studied, place of the institution last studied, Roll/Reg/Index No. of the 12th standard/2nd PUC marks card, Number of previous attempts in COMEDK UGET/Other and Result. of the 10th standard marks card, Roll/Reg/Index No.

Uploading the Documents

In this step, aspirants need to upload their documents on the COMEDK Portal. Aspirants need to keep scanned images of the passport sized photograph, their signatures, their parent/guardian signature and unique id proof which they have selected while registration. 

Photograph Specifications:


  1. Images must be of 30mm*45mm.
  2. Size should be less than 80kb.
  3. Images must be in jpeg/jpg pattern.

Signature Specifications:

  1. Images must be of 30mm*80mm.
  2. Size should be less than 80kb.
  3. Images must be in jpeg/jpg pattern.

Unique Id Specifications:

  1. Images must be of 30mm*45mm.
  2. images size should be less than 80kb.
  3. Images must be jpeg/jpeg pattern.

Uploading the documents

While uploading the documents aspirants have to click on click here button. A confirmation window will be open which shows you a message regarding successful uploading of the image. Upload all the images by the same procedure. After that browse the images of the particular category you are uploading. Click on Click to upload button.

City Preference and Fee Payment

After you have uploaded all the asked images, now you have to choose the examination cities. An aspirant can choose at most 3 preferences. Check COMEDK UGET 2018 Exam Centers So if you seeking the city of your preference then fill the form as soon as possible. The city will be issued to the aspirant on first come first cater basis.


After choosing the examination city, Aspirants have to pay the Registration Fee. For fee payment, aspirants can follow the below process:

  1. Chose the Payment Mode
  2. Enter the payment amount 
  3. Enter the security code
  4. Tick on I agree button
  5. Preview your application
  6. Submit the application 
  7. Pay the application fee.
