CAT 2019 Hall Ticket will be announced in the third week of October 2019. They can reach the Hall Ticket for CAT 2019 by downloading it from the official website i.e. iimcat.ac.in. Aspirants who will successfully register for CAT 2019 will be allocated hall tickets by the organizing IIM.
- The hall ticket will contain details about the person such as his Roll number, Time slot and the exam center allotted along with the address.
- In case there is any discrepancy in CAT 2019 Hall Ticket, the organizing association should be notified immediately.
- Applicants must log on to the website and enter their registered User ID and Password to download their hall ticket.
- Any personal reporting without his admit card will not be permitted to enter the designated exam center.
- Every participant will have to carry minimum 1 copy of the hall ticket to the exam venue.
- CAT 2019 Admit Card should be downloaded latest on the exam day.
- CAT 2019 Admit card will be verified by the supervisors current in the exam room.

CAT 2019 Hall Ticket will be available a month prior to the exam. It should be downloaded from the official website of CAT. Students are advised to download their hall tickets as soon as possible to avoid any last minute hassles. CAT 2019 How to Download Hall Ticket/ Admit Card?
CAT 2019 Hall Ticket is an enabling document which shows the candidature and assigned roll number of the participant. The procedure to download Admit cards is entirely online.
It should be noted that the organizing body will not be responsible to send CAT hall tickets to any applicant by email or post.
The facility to download CAT 2019 Hall ticket will be available till the exam date. Admit card can be downloaded by following these few easy steps: Each person must carry a copy of the admit card which will be duly checked and signed by the supervisor.
- Under the tab of ‘Examination’ select the option of ‘About Hall Ticket’.
- Log on to the official website of CAT i.e. iimcat.ac.in
- Post verification, click on ‘Download Admit card’.
- Click on the ‘Existing User’ tab and enter your User ID and Password to login.
- Participants will be redirected to their respective profiles. They must then verify the profile details.
- Save the admit card and print a colored copy of it on an A4 size sheet.
CAT Hall Ticket 2019 Details
CAT 2019 Hall Ticket will specify different details about the participant. Students must verify all the particulars given on the admit card and ensure their accuracy. The hall ticket will contain following details:
- Test system number
- Aspirant’s signature and photograph
- Test city and center allotted to the student
- Category and PwD status
- Date of birth
- Name of Aspirant
- Time slot/ Session
- Registration Number
- Date and day of Examination
CAT Hall Ticket 2019 Discrepancy
In case a participant finds a discrepancy in CAT 2019 Hall Ticket or there is a difficulty in downloading it, then they must contact the help desk within the stipulated time. Students must contact the authorities in the following cases-
- If name of aspirants is misspelled in admit card
- If the test city allotted is various than the ones chosen during registration

Participants must carry 2 copies of CAT 2019 Hall Ticket and an original identity proof along with its photocopy. They can carry any of the following government allocated documents- Students who have registered under different reserved categories must also bring a copy of their Caste/ PwD certificate.

- Passport

Exam Centers for CAT 2019
CAT 2019 will be held across 140 major cities in India. The final exam centers and time slot will be generated by the system and will be said in the hall ticket. Applicants may choose a maximum of 4 centers preferred by them. The allotment of exam center will be based on the choices given by the person during the registration procedure.
CAT 2019 Exam day instructions
Students must ensure that they follow some general instructions on the day of CAT 2019. It is important to know the rules and regulations laid down by the organizing institute.
- They must bring 2 copies of their CAT 2019 hall ticket with a passport size photo affixed on it and original photo identity proof along with its photocopy.
- Aspirants should occupy seats as per their Test System Number.
- Possession of any electronic materials like electronic watches, bits of paper, mobile phones, calculator or any textual material is forbidden.
- Personals should not tamper with any details mentioned on the admit card.
- Candidates must access their designated CAT 2019 exam center about 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time given on the hall ticket.
