Application Form of NEET 2019

NEET 2019 Application Form will be available from January 2019 onwards. National Eligibility cum Entrance Test is a national level medical entrance Examination organizeed by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) for admission into BDS and MBBS in India. 

  • Maximum of 3 attempts are allowed for each aspirant to appear for NEET.
  •  Applications of aspirants submitting false and fabricated information will not be considered and such aspirants will be further prohibited from appearing in examinations organizeed by the CBSE
  • Aspirants can apply for NEET 2019 “Online” only. No offline application will be accepted.
  • Only one application is to be submitted by an aspirant.
  • The examination fee deposited will not be refunded in such cases.
  • NEET Eligibility 2019 is to qualify 10+2 exam organizeed by CBSE or any recognised board.

Eligibility for NEET 2019 

The eligibility criteria as said by CBSE is that an aspirant must have passed 10+2 examination. The other need specifications are as follows:


  • The aspirant must be 17 years old at the time of admission or before 31st December of the year of admission.
  • The upper age limit for NEET is 25 years as on the date of examination. Relaxation of 5 years for aspirants belonging to OBC/SC/ST category is present.

Number of Attempts

  • The number of attempts which each aspirant can avail at NEET examination is 3.


  • The aspirant should pass the 10+2 exam from a recognised board with 50% marks.
  • Indian Nationals, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizen of India (OCIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) & Foreign Nationals are applicable to appear in NEET (UG).

How to Fill Application Form of NEET 2019?

NEET 2019 Application Form can be filled by performing some basic steps such as Registration and Filling Application form, Uploading Documents and Fee Payment.

Step1- Apply Online

  • Click on “Submit" button.
  • Click on “New Registration” link.
  • Aspirants will receive a Registration number after successfully completing the online registration. Note it down
  • Aspirants will be redirected to a new window to create their registration password and set a security question for their account. They also have to enter the OTP sent to their registered phone number. Security Question is important for aspirants in case they forget their login password.
  • Enter all the details asked.
  • After clicking on Next Button, the information submitted by the aspirant will be displayed on the screen. If information correct, click on “Final Submit” button, otherwise click BACK button
  • Click on FINAL SUBMIT
  • Visit NEET official website i.e.
  • You will be redirected to New Registration window.
  • Read the instructions cautiously and click on “Proceed to Apply online NEET (UG), 2019” link offered.

Step 2: Upload Scanned Images

  1. Upload Scanned Images by clicking “Choose File” option.
  2. Select the images for signature and photograph.
  3. Click on “Next” button. The preview of images will appear.
  4. Click on “Upload” button to upload images.

Step 3: Application fee payment

  • The aspirant can pay the Application Fee in online method only. There are 4 online payment gateways: UPI App, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking.
  • Select one appropriate method. Go via the application fee charges cautiously, before proceeding to make the payment.

Step 4: Print Confirmation page

  • Take minimum four printouts of the confirmation page.
  • After finishing the fee payment procedure, aspirants can take the printout of application form.

Application Form Correction of NEET 2019 

Post successful completion of the Application forms, CBSE will offer form correction window for aspirants who have some mistakes in their application forms. However, only some details can be corrected or edited which comprises a state of eligibility, category, disability status, medium, examination centre.

FAQs of NEET 2019 

Ques. If an aspirant is opting vernacular language as a medium of question paper, in which language aspirant will be offered Test Booklet?

Ans. Aspirants opting for vernacular languages would be offered Bilingual Test Booklet i.e. in the selected language and in English. In case of any ambiguity in translation of any of the questions, its English version shall be treated as final.

Ques. Can an aspirant change the exam centre city after allocation of roll number?

Ans. In no case, centre city can be changed.

Ques. Can anyone cancel the application submitted for NEET UG?

Ans. Online Application forms once submitted successfully cannot be cancelled/ withdrawn.

Ques. What do the aspirants required to bring to the exam centre?

Ans. The aspirant needs to bring following at the examination centre:

  • One passport size photograph to be affixed on the attendance sheet.
  • One Post Card Size Photograph affixed on the proforma and
  • Hall Ticket along with passport size photograph affixed on it;

Ques. How can I retrieve my NEET Password?

Ans. Steps to retrieve your password:

  • Under registered User Sign In option, “Click on Forgot Password?” option
  • Click on the link- “Forgot Password?” 
  • Visiting the official website and click on ‘Aspirant Login’ link.
  • You can reset your password via two methods, either via OTP or use the response offered for Security Question during the registration procedure. 
  • This will direct you to password regeneration page.
