Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS) was founded on February 25, 2005. University offers academic and research facilities in different streams such as Medical, Dental, Nursing, Pharmacy & Paramedical. For admission to M.Sc Nursing, aspirants can apply online on the official website.
In case of M.Sc Nursing program provideed by RUHS. There is no age limit to apply for M.Sc Nursing. Selection of aspirants to the course is done on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance examination. The basic need eligibility for admission is the aspirant should have passed B.Sc Nursing course.

Eligibility Criteria for RUHS Jaipur M.Sc. Nursing Admissions 2018
M.Sc (Nursing)
Before filling the application form, aspirants must check the eligibility criteria to avoid any sort of rejection. The aspirant will need to submit a certificate to the above effect duly signed by the Director, Medical & Health Service, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur. The eligibility criteria are various for Non-service aspirants and In-service aspirants. The eligibility is as follows:
Non-service Aspirants
Basic B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing (Hons)/ Post-Basic (T&R) B.Sc. Nursing from Rajasthan University of Health Sciences/ University of Rajasthan/ other recognised University.
An aspirant should be registered nurse and registered midwife or equivalent with their respective state Nursing Registration Council.
At Least one year of work experience after passing B.Sc. Nursing / Prior or After Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing till the last date of submission of Online Application Form to RUHS, Jaipur.
There would be no age limit for admission to M.Sc. Nursing course.
In-service Aspirants
An aspirant must be in-service of State Government of Rajasthan.
He/She must have finished minimum two years of continuous service after regular recruited by State Government of Rajasthan.
Application Process of RUHS Jaipur M.Sc. Nursing 2018

The steps to fill the application form are as follows:
Go to official website i.e. http://www.ruhsraj.org/
A new window showing ‘M.Sc nursing registration’ link is displayed, click on it
Another window shows ‘Fill Application Part I’ is displayed, click on it, fill the form and submit it. Pay the application fee to fill the second part of the form.
Now, click on ‘Fill Application Part II’ where we required to login and upload all the documents.
Click on ‘Admissions’ tab and further on ‘Nursing’ tab
PART 1
Fill in all the individual information such as Address, Valid contact number, email id etc. required to be filled. In this part, only payment of application form is made via e-Mitra gateway. You should first put your signature in an area of about 2" × 1" on blank paper with a ballpoint pen.
PART II
Upload all the relevant documents and click on submit button. and email ID. A User ID and password will be generated and sent to registered mobile no. A declaration will appear, check it and take out a printout of the application form for future reference.
Need documents
The documents need to be uploaded with the application form are as follows:
Scanned copy of your recent passport sized coloured photograph in jpeg or jpg pattern and not more than 35 KB.
Scanned copy of PH category certificate (if eligible)
Scanned copy of your SC/ST/OBC NCL/SBC NCL certificate (if eligible)
Scanned signature in jpeg or jpg pattern and not more than 35 KB. Also the educational qualification such as 10th class marks, 12th class marks etc. Scan this paper. It can also be paid through:

NOTE: The online application form fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-adjustable.
Cut/ select the only signature area (2" × 1") and save it as jpg or jpeg.
Scanned copy of your e-Mitra Receipt in jpg or jpeg pattern and size up to 150 KB.
Application Fee
The application fee of INR 3000 (INR 1500 for SC/ST/PH aspirants) can be paid via e-mitra gateway at any e-Mitra/CSC kiosk centre authorized by the Government of Rajasthan.
Selection Procedure of RUHS Jaipur M.Sc. Nursing 2018
M.Sc (Nursing)
Admissions will be based on Entrance Exam. In case two or more aspirants will obtain equal marks in exam, the tie-break of such aspirants will be determined in order of preference as under:
Aspirants with Higher Marks obtained in Senior Secondary (10+2) Examination will get preference over aspirants with lower marks.
Date of Birth in which older age aspirant will get preference over younger aspirant.
Total Number of Attempts for passing B.Sc. Nursing; the aspirant with less number of attempts will get the preference.
Reservation for RUHS Jaipur M.Sc. Nursing 2018
Presidential order for the State of Rajasthan offers reservation as follows:
3% seats of the annual intake will be filled up by aspirants with locomotory disability of lower limbs from 50% to 70%.
16% of Schedule Caste, 21% for Schedule Tribe and 12% for other backward classes.
Out of 25 seats in Government College of Nursing, Jaipur, 10 seats will be reserved for in-service regular and applicable employees of Government of Rajasthan. Out of these 10 seats, 5 seats will be reserved for in-service teachers and 5 seats are reserved for Clinical areas of State Government.
