Indira Gandhi University Meerpur, Rewari started its functioning on September 13, 2013. University provides different Under Graduate and Post Graduate courses in various branches such as Arts, Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.

Indira Gandhi University MA Admission Eligibility Criteria
The at least eligibility criteria for MA admissions is a bachelor’s degree in relevant branch. important; list-style-type:disc">MA (Education): B.Ed. with minimum, 50% marks in aggregate or any other exam recognised or equivalent to I.G.University. Eligibility criteria are detailed below:
Bachelor degree/ Shastri examination of a three-year period with minimum 45% marks in aggregate or any other recognised by IGU or its equivalent. for SC/ST aspirants, an aggregate of 47.5% marks is needed).
For SC/ST aspirants, 42.75% marks are an aggregate need.
MA (Yoga): Bachelor’s degree in any branch or any other exam recognised or equivalent to IGU with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.

Entrance Exam: Selection of aspirants for certain postgraduate programs such as MA (Hindi, English, Public Administration, Sociology, Political Science, Economics, History, Journalism & Mass Communication) is based on the entrance exam organizeed by Indira Gandhi University.
